What do you advise me to do if my order is late?
Some orders may be delayed, depending on the problems that each carriers may encounter: bad weather, customs control, address error, etc. You just need to notify us by e-mail, and we will take your e-mail into consideration immediately, and we will check all with the carrier.

Note : international orders may be held by customs who may ask you to pay additional fees and taxes. These customs fees are to be paid by the buyer.
For the customs fees, we cannot calculate them because it depends on each country. We don't know them at all.

In case of absence, when the delivery person passes by, he will leave you a calling card specifying when and where to pick it up or see how to organize a second delivery. The delivery person can hand it over to a neighbor, or leave it in a safe space in your building.
Return to international
Note : you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your order to us for refund, if you change your mind.
The parts must return with their original label, otherwise we will not return any merchandise. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
