You can track your order with the carrier with the tracking number sent by us.

What do you advise me to do if my order is late?

Some orders may be delayed, depending on the problems that each carriers may encounter: bad weather, customs control, address error, etc. You just need to notify us by e-mail, and we will take your e-mail into consideration immediately, and we will check all with the carrier.

Remember to check your email and mailbox

Remember to check with your neighborhood, nearby merchant, a relay point, a safe space in the building ...

If you have any other concerns, let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve them as soon as possible. We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged by the carrier.

Delivery internationally 

The cost of international delivery:

Note : international orders may be held by customs who may ask you to pay additional fees and taxes. These customs fees are to be paid by the buyer.

For the customs fees, we cannot calculate them because it depends on each country. We don't know them at all.

For more information on customs charges, we advise you to check with a local customs service in your country.

In case of absence, when the delivery person passes by, he will leave you a calling card specifying when and where to pick it up or see how to organize a second delivery. The delivery person can hand it over to a neighbor, or leave it in a safe space in your building.

Return of the package only for goods exchanges

We work with small businesses, which have small series of collection and sometimes just 1 or 2 pieces. 

Namely, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order, to return your order to us for merchandise exchanges or refund.

Delivery and return costs are your responsibility.

A problem with the customs invoice

If you have an invoice problem with customs, do not hesitate to inform us, to find you a solution.

Order exchange at time of purchase

If you made a mistake (size, color, model...) at the time of purchase, you must send us the information within 24 hrs so that we can refund you, to allow you to redo a new purchase.
