Our exchange conditions
We only exchange non-defective items, which are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and which still have their tags attached.
Returns for exchange are at your expense (import and shipping costs) and the carrier of your choice.
Personalized products cannot be returned.

We do our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Your orders are processed correctly and to be delivered as quickly as possible to your home, this is our priority.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to retract. The package must be returned within 30 days against reimbursement. Items must be returned to us new, unworn, and unwashed.
Any notification of the return of your items must be notified in advance by e-mail to the following address: email@example.com
It is advisable to send the package with tracking and keep the tracking number.
After receipt of your package by the supplier, the refund will be made between 2 to 5 days. You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been processed.
- The "return" shipping costs are your responsibility and the shipping delivery is on your charge
- The bank transaction fee of 0.5% will be withheld from the purchase amount
- Packages must be returned to the sender's address indicated on the slip provided by the carrier.
