Tracking my order
You can track your order with the carrier with the tracking number sent by us.
Advice in case of late delivery?
Some orders may be delayed, depending on the problems that certain carriers may encounter: bad weather, customs checks, address errors, etc. Simply notify us by e-mail, and we will take your e-mail into consideration immediately, and we will check all items with the carrier.
Remember to check your email and your mailbox, and with your neighborhood, nearby business, a relay point, a safe space in the building, etc.
If you encounter any other issues, let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve them as soon as possible. We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged by the carrier.
International delivery
Deliveries are made with different carriers: DHL, FEDEX, UPS....
Please note that international orders may be held by customs who may ask you to pay additional fees and taxes. These customs fees must be paid by the buyer.
For customs fees, we cannot calculate them because they depend on each country.
To find out more about customs fees, we advise you to check with a local customs department in your country.
In case of absence, when the delivery person passes, he will leave you a notice specifying when and where to collect it or see how to organize a 2nd delivery. The delivery person can give it to a neighbor, or leave it in a safe space in your building.
Return for exchange or refund
We work with small companies, which have small collection series and sometimes just 1 or 2 pieces. Each of your orders is unique and is produced for you.
Please note that you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your order to us for exchange of goods or for reimbursement.
Delivery costs will be retained and return costs remain your responsibility.
A problem with the customs invoice
If you have an invoice problem with customs, do not hesitate to let us know so we can find a solution.
Order exchange at time of purchase
If you made an error (size, color, model, etc.) at the time of purchase, you must send us the information within 24 hours so that we can refund you, to allow you to make a new purchase .
