Ethnic earrings - Zuri

This piece of jewelry is made from porcelain and brass, with each piece of porcelain handmade by Purely Porcelain, a ceramic jewelry studio located in Kommetjie, Cape Town. Porcelain hand-engraved to reproduce the natural effect of a bone.

They are light to wear and each piece is unique and handmade.

The brass is made in Kenya from old padlocks, melted at a high temperature then poured into a mold and polished by a process called electroplating where a coating is applied to the item, which prevents the brass from changing color.
